"Queen"
Peterine
Svoboda is a life long artist, having studied art from the early age
of three. The Queen Mother jokes that she ‘fed’ Peterine
crayolas as a child.
After
25 years in the corporate world, Peterine's dream of opening her own
studio became a reality. She rented a shop on College Avenue in
Wheaton, completely redecorated the interior to house both a
showroom and studio, posted an 8-foot captain of the guard to
welcome guests, and hung a pink awning over the store entrance.
Today, the
Queen
rules over all her creations
with excitement, enthusiasm and meticulous care. She gives careful attention to
every detail and places great emphasis on flair and originality.
A close look at her
hand-painted hearts reveals a scepter's touch of majestic
inspiration – no two hearts are
identical! Her beaded hearts and fabric dolls show the hard-working expertise of a skillful, dedication artist.
The Queen settles for nothing less than the imperial best!
